Pumpkin Pancakes topped with some Quest Cinnamon Roll "Syrup"!
1 egg
3 tbs liquid egg whites
1/3 cup oats
1 scoop @musclegauge protein whey ("vmfitness" for 20% off!)
1/4 cup canned pumpkin
BLEND ABOVE INGREDIENTS ALLLLL TOGETHER!
Then break the cinnamon roll quest bar in half
-break one half into tiny pieces, throw into the pancake batter, and cook the batter on low to medium as pancakes!
microwave the other half of the bar with a splash of almond milk for 20 seconds and stir till syrupy. That will be your syrup!
