Soft, doughy, gluten-free cookies. Packed with super foods, but low in calories!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 thawed frozen raspberries
1 egg
1 packet stevia
vanilla
cinnamon

Protein frosting:
1 scoop protein powder
1 Tbsp. coconut flour
4 Tbsp coco powder
4 packets stevia

combine all cookie ingredients thoroughly, divide into six balls and put on greased cookie sheet. Bake in oven at about 375 for 25ish minutes (I really don't know how long to cook them for, keep an eye on them)

combine frosting ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly add water until a thick frosting-like consistency has been reached. spread on to of cookies!
