³ Description

This is a great pick me up snack for heading out the door. You can use it pre or post workout. So flavorful you will want to eat the whole batch.

² Ingredients

  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1 cup, ground Almonds
  •  4 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Amport Foods Pitted Dates
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Central Market Ground Flax Seed
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Ocean Spray Craisins Dried Cranberries
   

q Directions

Process 1 Cup Almonds (Or any nut(s) of personal preference) until chopped small and place in bowl.
Process 1 Cup Dates and 1 Cup Cranberries (Or any other fruit of choice) until it forms into a dough like substence.
Pour Almonds, 1 T Cinnamon, and 1 T Flax Seed into processor with the fruits and process till well blended.
Place on wax paper lined pan and smoosh down evenly accross pan.
Place in fridge for 30 minutes to chill. Then you can cut and store them in an air tight container.
I keep mine in the pantry!
