3 Ingredients! Raw Ice Cream Sandwich

q Directions

Add water to seeds and cacao and let sit for about 30 minutes to gel up. Place gel on parchment paper and form desired shape and dehydrate for about 5-6 hours.

Grind up nuts in a food processor until you have pistachio nut butter.
Add fruit and puree until smooth.

Add mixture to ice cream maker and process for about 15 minutes of until desired consistency.

Freeze for longer to harden ice cream if so desired.

Crush additional pistachios for outer of sandwich.

Use the chocolate seed ships for the ends!
