² Ingredients

  •  2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  •  2 tablespoon Peanut Butter
  •  1/4 tsp Ginger (Ground)
  •  1/4 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  0 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
  •  0 oz Cilantro (Coriander)
  •  0 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with Peel)
  •  0 large Zucchini
  •  2 tbsp Honey
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Kikkoman Rice Vinegar
   

q Directions

Thai noodles in peanut sauce

Sauce
1/8 to 1/4 tsp minced ginger
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon peanut butter
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp chili paste or pinch cayenne pepper

Mix all the ingredients together.

Topping:
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tablespoon diced coriander
1 spring onion (diced)

Raw pasta using a vegetables Spiralizer
1 carrot
1 cucumber
1 zucchini
