A super tasty raw pasta with a meatless ragu sauce. A perfect meal for a low fat and low calorie diet. *vegetarian

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 cup, chopped Onions
  •  1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
  •  4 clove Garlic
  •  1/4 tbsp Basil
  •  1 dash Black Pepper
  •  1/4 tsp Red or Cayenne Pepper
  •  4 medium Cooked Tomatoes (from Fresh)
  •  1/2 oz Green Olives
  •  1/4 tsp, ground Oregano
  •  1/4 cup, chopped Carrots
  •  4 large Zucchini
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Hunt's Diced Tomatoes in Sauce
  •  3 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) Yves Veggies Meatless Ground
  •  1 dash Sea Salt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Spice Classics Italian Seasoning

🍥4 Raw zucchini Made in spiroli
🍥vegan Ragú Sauce:
4 tomatoes chopped (remove seeds and extra liquid)
1 package vegan ground ''meat'' (12 oz/ 240 grams) (yves veggie go)
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup carrots cut in small squares
1 stick celery finely chopped
1 tsp italian herbs
1/2 dry basil
1/4 tsp oregano
Pinch cayenne chili powder
Himalaya salt and pepper for taste
1 tablespoon olives
1/3 cup organic tomato sauce

Spray a nonstick pan with extra Virgin olive oil, sauté onion and garlic in low heat until onion get soft then add the veggies and cook for few minutes add Yves vegetarian meat, the spices and organic tomato sauce. Topped with red capsicum, onion, spinach and carrot.
