Great meat for lunch or dinner. Easy to make, high protein source with all the nutrition essentials!

² Ingredients

  •  2 medium Egg
  •  1 tablespoon Salsa
  •  1 medium globe Cooked Vegetables (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking)
  •  2 cup Brown Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked)
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Organic Virgin Coconut Oil
  •  3 serving (serving = 4 oz) Cub Foods Ground Beef (93% Lean / 7% Fat)
   

q Directions

Prep and cut your vegetables and leave aside. Boil some brown(or any kind) rice and leave aside.

In a pan with coconut oil, cook lean ground beef until no red is shown on medium-high heat. Add 2 scrambled eggs in along with the vegetables and cook until soft. Add the rice and season to your liking.

Top with hot peppers and salsa for more taste.
