Delicious, refreshing, and super easy to make!

² Ingredients

  •  10 sprout Brussels Sprouts
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Madhava Coconut Sugar
  •  1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
  •  1 tbsp Cinnamon
  •  1/2 pomegranate (3-3/8" dia) Pomegranate
   

q Directions

- Preheat oven to 400
- Wash slice brussel sprouts in half
- Spread on a sprayed cooking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until it starts to get crispy
- Transfer to a sprayed pan and add lemon juice, cinnamon, and coconut sugar until brown and crispy
- Remove from pan, and top with pomegranate seeds
