This cookie is perfect for satisfying sweet cravings fast!
Preheat the oven to 180c and grease a piece of tin foil and pop it on a tray. Mix together 1 egg white, 1 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp almond flour. Once combined add half a tsp of natural flavouring or extracts - I added orange extract. Taste the batter and add a tsp of honey if it's not sweet enough for you, but I like it as it is. Pour the batter onto the tinfoil and bake for 5-10mins until cooked through. Take it out the oven, smother it in peanut butter and devour it.
