  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 whole crackers) Great Value Honey Grahams
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Extra Thick Rolled Oats
  •  0.35 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Designer Whey Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Truvia Sweetener
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

q Directions

-Heat up oats and water for 1 min 30 sec in microwave
-Add the two egg whites and 10g protein and cook for 1 min longer stirring every 30 sec
-Top with peanut butter (melted), chocolate chips, 5g mini marshmallows, 1 sheet graham cracker, 1/2 square bar chocolate
