q Directions

1T chocolate casein
1T birthday cake whey
1T coconut flour
1T stevia in the raw
1 whole egg
1T plain chobani
1T unsweetened applesauce
1t special dark cocoa
1/2t baking powder

Mix everything together and pour in a mug sprayed with coconut oil and microwave for 2 minutes
