  •  1 can White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned)
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 serving (14 g)) Red Onions
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 medium) Roma Tomatoes
  •  0.2 serving (serving = 8 oz) Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 pocket bread) Food For Life Baking Company Ezekiel 4:9 Prophet's Pocket Bread
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 oz) Green Giant Romaine Lettuce

Spicy Tuna Avocado Crisps… So simple, fresh, and quick prep time! Perfect for lunch or din… Or even as a party app :) Ingredients (for 1): 1 can white tuna, 2 tsp. Sriracha, 2 tbsp. plain nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 avocado, 1 roma tomato, 3 tbsp. minced red onion, 1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce, 1 Ezekiel pita pocket. Directions: Strain tuna and mix with hot sauce and Greek yogurt. Dice avocado, tomato, and onion and mix together in separate bowl. Bake Ezekiel tortilla on 350 for 10 minutes (until crispy). Add lettuce, then tuna, then avocado mix to the top of the pita and cut into 4!
