Spinach pancakes, with greek yogurt and kiwis layered in between. Delightfully moist and delicious!

  •  1.5 fruit Kiwi Fruit
  •  1 serving (serving = 1/2 cup dry) Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
  •  0.18 cup (8 fl oz) Water
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tsp) Kroger Baking Powder
  •  1 serving (serving = 3 tbsp) Egg Beaters 100% Liquid Egg Whites
  •  1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 oz) Navitas Naturals Organic Raw Cacao Nibs
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Precision Engineered Whey Protein Powder - Creamy Vanilla
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Spectrum Chia Seeds
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Dannon Greek Yogurt - Vanilla
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Golden Griddle Sugar Free Maple Syrup
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original

Blend all ingredients together and cook mixture on both sides until a little golden brown. Stack pancakes how you please and add toppings between layers! Serve immediately and enjoy!
