The delightful dessert breakfast, once more, this time with a fruity and chilling twist. Single Serve.
Strawberry and Cream French Toast
Ingredients:
2 really really plump strawberries (or 3 medium strawberries)
2 slices of bread, halved diagonally
2 egg whites
1.5+1 tbsp milk
8+8 drops vanilla Creme stevia (I get mine from iHerb; use code QTN233 for $10 off)
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
Directions:
1. Combine egg whites, 1.5 tbsp milk, 8 stevia drops. Soak bread in mixture.
2. Cook soaked bread over medium heat for about 2-3 mins per side.
3. Dice strawberries roughly and microwave for a minute. Spread on 2 of the bread slices.
4. Combine Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp milk and 8 drops stevia. Slather on remaining 2 slices of bread.
5. Stack pieces together. Top with generous amount of walden farms pancake syrup. Serve with pomegranate arils. Enjoy.
