A healthy version of this oh so popular treat
I blended 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, 2 tbsp of plain greek yogurts,1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp melted coconut oil, optionally stevia or honey, 1/4 cup oats and 1 tbsp coconut flour. Blend and it will be a very loose mixture. Thats fine, dont add any more flour. Pour it into a greased dish and microwave for dos minutos. Cool completely before you eat. For topping I mixed 1/2 tbsp organic strawberry jam from #costco with plain greek yogurt.
