Cinnamon French Toast with a Cream Cheese Filling

q Directions

~STUFFED EZEKIEL FRENCH TOAST~

In a Bowl, Whisk:

1 Large Egg

1/3 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 TB Ground Cinnamon

1 TB Ground Flax Seed

1/2 TB Wheat Bran

Dip 2 Slices of Bread in mix and Cook on Griddle (Medium Heat) until Browned on both Sides

For the Filling:

In a Bowl:

Mix 1 TB Low-Fat Cream Cheese

1/2 TB Unsweetened Almond Milk

1/2 Teaspoon Coconut Sugar

Layer Sliced Strawberries on 1 Slice, Drizzle with Filling and Top with other Slice.
