Super simple sugar-free jam recipe that will only take you a few minutes to prepare!
In a pan, heat the raspberries, water and xylitol over a medium heat.
Cook until the raspberries are soft enough to smash with a wooden spoon.
Take of the heat, stir in the chia seeds and leave to cool.
Transfer to a jar/container and store in the fridge for a couple of hours
