This is my favourite recipe that i created for oatmeal/hot cereal. I topped it with cherries, and it was delish!
Mix all ingredients together in a large container. For one person, use about 1/4 cup of this mix, and as much water as needed. Start with 1/2 cup water, and add more whenever it gets to thick. This is cooked when the quinoa is clear and cooked. Top with absolutely whatever you want. In the picture, I topped it with chopped cherries and shredded coconut.
Be warned: this is very filling
