³ Description

A veggie-fied take on a fitfam favorite - oatmeal!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  •  1/4 cup, chopped Carrots
  •  1/4 cup Cauliflower
  •  1/4 cup, chopped Zucchini
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1/4 cup) Bob's Red Mill High Protein TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)
  •  8 fl oz Green Tea
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) Fresh & Easy Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1/3 cup) e.d. Smith Pure Pumpkin
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Chia Seed
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 tbsp) Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Plant Fusion Protein Powder
   

q Directions

Rice cauliflower in a food processor, and shred zucchini & carrots.
Combine all ingredients (except vanilla extract) in a saucepan & bring to a boil over high high heat.
Once a boil is reached,stir and let cook about 4 minutes.
Reduce heat and let simmer about 5 minutes (or until desired consistency is reached), stirring occasionally.
Add vanilla extract (and sweetener of choice if desired).
If you would like to add volume to your bowl, mix in 1/4 tsp baking powder and sitr vigorously for 30 seconds & watch your creation fluff up.
Top with whatever ingredients you would like.. fruit, nuts/nut butters, seeds, etc!
