  •  4 oz, boneless, raw (yield after cooking) Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast
  •  0 tablespoon Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
  •  1/2 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
  •  2 serving (serving = 1/2 lavash) Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Flat Bread
  •  1/2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Bell Peppers
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Seal Sama Sugar Free Teriyaki Sauce
  •  1/2 serving (serving = 2 cups) Dole Romaine Lettuce
