Fruity twist on the usual mugcake. Very refreshing, moist, and flavorful.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Cake:
2 egg whites
2 Tbsp coconut butter
3 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup mango (frozen, defrosted)
1 small banana (mashed)

sauce:
1 Tbsp. coconut butter
1/2 Tbsp. almond butter
1/2 Tbsp. honey
a little water to thin

combine cake ingredients in a mug and microwave for 3 minutes. Flip upside-down in a bowl.

combine sauce ingredients and pour on top of mugcake :)
