Quick and easy tuna pasta
1 tomato chopped
75 grams buckwheat or soba noodles
1/2 onion chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp Italian herb
Pinch of cayenne chili pepper (optional)
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
in a fry pan Saute the onion and garlic in a tsp of olive oil, until they get soft then add the tomatoes. Cook for about a minute then add the tuna and cook for around 2 minutes more, then add the pasta mix everything well and cook for around 1 minute more..
