Grind oats into a flour. Combine all dry ingredients. Grate the apple and add that, as well as the egg whites and almond milk, to dry ingredients. Whisk thoroughly until combined, then pour into waffle maker and cook for five minutes. Top with fruit, syrup, or nut butters!
