A delicious post workout cake that is: vegan gluten free egg free unprocessed fat free
Vegetarian Chocolate cheeseCake
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup oat milk or almond milk
3 envelope stevia
1 scoop chocolate protein powder ( use your favorite protein ) (vegan option chocolate flavor sun warrior, plan fusion , also a good non vegan but clean; about time, bluebonnet protein powder, organic grow, isopure natural, etc. )( be free to choose your favorite protein powder and comment on it)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 ripe banana or purée of one big apple.
2 tablespoon chia seeds ( mix with 4 1/2 tablespoon water and keep for 15 minutes) ( this recipe don't contain eggs but if you don't have chia seeds you can use 2 eggs instead) ( but trust me the chia seeds work as egg and the cake will not brake plus give a very good consistency).
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor except the chia seeds. After add chia seeds and mix with a tablespoon . Brush a baking pan with coconut oil and
Bake 250 C for 20- 30 min
After baking add in the middle the yogurt, I use coyo and a few pieces of pecans ( @coyo_uk )(I know coyo is not available all time and can be substitute for soya yogurt, almond yogurt or Greek yogurt). If you use coyo which have a good taste you don't need to add anything else but if use Greek yogurt will be better to mix it with vanilla and stevia, plus use coffee filter or Muslim clothes to remove all extra moist).
Also mix one scoop of chocolate protein powder with 2 tablespoon coyo plus 1/2 tsp almond butter.. This one I put under the white layer but is not showing clearly in the photo.
On top is a organic melted chocolate 80% cocoa topped with pecans, cacao nibs.
