q Directions

Mix everything in a mixer or with a handblender, afterwards add coconutoil and grated almonds. Fry in a preheated pan on medium heat.. The batter will be very thick, if it's really too thick, add 1-2 tbsp milk of choice, but usually: the thicker the batter, the fluffier the pancakes! Enjoy! :)
