Have your breakfast on-the-go! This loaf has all the makings for a complete breakfast and it is soo tasty ;)
Mix egg whites, over ripe bananas, vanilla and yogurt with a mixer. Grind the oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a blender then mix in with wet ingredients. Coarsely chop apple and mix into batter. Spray a bread pan with coconut oil and bake for about 1 hour at 350
