Creamy, chocolate banana protein oats! Gluten free and a perfect way to start the day!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 scoop trutein vanilla protein powder
1 mashed banana
2 egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp Lily's stevia sweetened dark chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 ramekins sprayed with coconut oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20min. I topped mine with Justin's chocolate hazelnut butter, but you can use shredded coconut, sliced banana, almonds, etc. The sky is the limit! enjoy!
