Looking for something new and different to have for breakfast? Try a breakfast pizza aka pizzert! This one is a banana split inspired pizzert topped with banana, cacao nibs, peanut butter, and a chocolate sauce but feel free to top with whatever toppings you like!

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Banana split inspired Pizzert
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup baked sweet potato
1 tsp vanilla
Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp date caramel
1/4 cup apple cider
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup water
1 Banana, sliced

Combine all ingredients, except banana and water and mix well. Add more water as needed to form a semi thick batter. Pour into a 9in pie pan and layer with your banana slices. Bake at 420 degrees for about 12-15minutes until baked all the way through. Top off with desired toppings.
