Low calorie, super healthy, refined sugar free berry jam with added protein!

q Directions

*I used a strawberry liquid whey isolate that was 60cal and 15g protein for 2oz(this is not what is listed in the ingredients)

Put all ingredients in blender except liquid protein isolate
Pour into a jar and stir in liquid protein into evenly dispersed
Let sit in fridge to thicken for a few hours
