1/4 c oatmeal
1/4t baking powder
1/2 sc sportpharma protein
1T cocoapowder (good quality)
1T coconut flour
Blend the aboveingredients together and transfer to a bowl. Inthe blender now put:
1 organic egg
3T greek yogurt
1/2T water
8 drops sweetleaf vanilla stevia (or more). Blend.Add to dry.Batter should be thick. Spread out into three pancakes on a pan lined with coconut oil and just undermedium heat. Topping is 1Tcocoa, 2.5t water, 5 drops stevia.
