Layer 1: 1/2 cup 2% pineapple cottage cheese
Layer 2: blackberries and strawberries, sliced Layer 3: Protein pudding - mix (in a separate bowl), 1/4 scoop Cellucor Cor-Fetti Cake whey powder, 1/4 scoop ON Cookies and Cream casein powder, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
