Chocolate cravings crushed at breakfast with gluten free, high protein pancakes!
Chocolate Raspberry Protein Pancakes:
1 container Dannon Light n fit Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Quest vanilla milkshake protein powder
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup enjoy life chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients and then gently fold in raspberries and chocolate chips. Cook pancakes on medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side and serve with a drizzle of extra chocolate if desired! 💪
