Okay I know I post a lot of fruity omelets, but this one came out REALLY good and I wanted it share it with you :)
Ingredients:
5 egg whites
1 small mashed banana
1 Tbsp. PB or Almond butter
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1-2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Mix all ingredients together (except for egg whites). Cook egg whites like an omelet and place filling inside
Enjoy!
Note: all of the fillings from my fruity omelets can be used in other ways, such as on pancakes, as a spread, in oatmeal, or just eaten with a spoon :)
