Healthy and moist baked chocolate doughnuts that you can top anyway you choose!
Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well. In another bowl combine wet ingredients (eggs, honey, vanilla extract) and mix well. Combine all ingredients together and stir until mixture is thoroughly blended together (should be thick). In a greased doughnut tray (six doughnuts) divide mixture evenly and pat/spread into doughnuts holes. Bake for 15-20 minutes until doughnuts are cooked through.
