A delicious option for breakfast or dessert.

q Directions

Bread:
2 scoops (68g) @Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl
1 cup (80g) oatmeal
1/4 cup (32g) spelt flour
1/4 cup granulated stevia (more to taste)
1/2T cinnamon
1/2T baking powder
10-15 grinds sea salt
1 cup (244g) unsweet applesauce
1 cup (230g) Greek yogurt
6T (92g) liquid egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract

Glaze:
1/4 cup (61g) unsweet applesauce
1/2 scoop (17g) Cinnamon Swirl whey
2T Walden Farms pancake syrup
Cinnamon to taste

*Preheat oven to 350. In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the cake ingredients until well blended. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake 33-38 minutes until set. While baking, combine glaze ingredients. When cake is done, bring out of the oven, allow to cool slightly, then spoon glaze over top. Slice into 8 pieces- store in the fridge!
