Banana egg based waffle with blueberry and almond flavoring.

² Ingredients

   

q Directions

Combine 1 medium banana mashed, stevia, instant oats ground to flour (with coffee grinder) , 1 egg , 1 egg white , baking powder, vanilla and almond extracts. Mix well.
Spray a hot waffle maker with canola oil and pour mixture into grids. Remove when timer is up. Microwave the frozen blueberries for 15 seconds and stir in syrup. Top the waffle with blueberry mixture and slivered almonds.
