Easy, rich, and delicious with a little bit of zest! Lactose free

² Ingredients

  •  1 large Egg
  •  1 tablespoon Salsa
  •  1 large Egg White
  •  1/4 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
   

q Directions

Whisk together eggs. Cook in a pan sprayed with PAM.

Once egg is flipped, add in avocado slices and 1/2 the salsa.

Add the rest of the salsa (and a little siracha sauce) on top if desired :D
