³ Description

Thick, fluffy pancakes packed full of protein! Top them with sugar free maple syrup. I put Mighty Maple by Peanut Butter & Co for extra awesome. SORRY! There's no maple extract option on this site so I put vanilla in the recipe, but if you have maple extract it's really good!

Using a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

Cook as normal pancakes but be careful not to overcook! I cooked on med-high heat, 2 mins on one side then flip and 1 min on the other side. Enjoy!
