  •  1/2 oz (20 halves) Pecans
  •  1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Peach
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 cup) Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt
  •  1 tsp Cinnamon
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) Trader Joe's Clover Honey
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 cup) Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Original Unsweetened Non-Dairy Beverage
  •  1/3 serving (serving = 1 rounded scoop) Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey - French Vanilla Creme
  •  0.67 serving (serving = 1 tbsp) 365 Chia Seed
  •  3/4 serving (serving = 1/2 cup) HEB Old Fashioned Oats
  •  1 serving (serving = 1 packet) Sugar in the Raw Stevia in The Raw (Packet)
   

q Directions

Oats:
1/3c Oats
2 tsp Chia Seeds
A little more than 1/3c Almond Milk
1 T Honey
Cinnamon

Mix and store in fridge to thicken!

Progurt:
1/3c Greek Yogurt
1/3 Scoop Vanilla Whey
Cinnamon
1 Packet Stevia

Mix in bowl.

Peaches:
Slice 1 peach and microwave it with cinnamon for about 45 seconds and stir.

Layer it up and top with Pecans! Store in fridge overnight to enjoy in the morning.
