3T rolled oats
3T bobs red mill 10 grain pancake and waffle mix
pinches of baking soda and powder
1/2 sc vanilla protein powder
2 egg whites
3T pure pumpkin (NOT PUMPKIN PIE FILLING!)
stevia and cinnamon to taste, i add lots of both lol
splash of almond milk (~2T)
blend everything together and put into preheated waffle iron for 5ish minutes, or until done. Topping was 3T pumpkin, 5 drops stevia, 1T protein powder, and .5T peanut butter.
