Enjoy fall all year round with these pumpkin spice french toast roll ups.

q Directions

Pumpkin spice (vegan) French toast rollups

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- sprinkle each cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice

Combine ingredients and let sit overnight. In the morning, combine ingredients to make your filling:

- 1/3rd cup coyo
- 1/2 scoop sunwarrior vanilla protein powder
- sprinkle cinnamon
- splash almond milk

Soak two pieces of bread in your overnight chia mixture then spoon some of your filling onto your bread, roll it up carefully, place your bread seam side down on your skillet and cook. Once finished, top with cinnamon and enjoy.
