The title explains it all, stuffed french toast that will leave you coming back for more!

² Ingredients

  •  1/2 serving (serving = 1 cup) Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla
  •  1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
  •  1/2 cup Raspberries
  •  2 serving (serving = 1 slice) Nature's Own All Natural 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 scoop) Precision Engineered Whey Protein Powder - Creamy Vanilla
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 cup) Dannon Greek Yogurt - Vanilla
  •  1 medium Egg
  •  1/4 serving (serving = 1 container) Yoplait Greek 100 Yogurt - Strawberry
   

q Directions

Heat up frying pan on medium heat, I added 1 tbsp coconut oil to fry it in. On a plate mix together egg and almond milk. Dip bread in mixture and let it soak up! Take a sifter and sift protein powder onto the bread. Toss on the fryer and let cook. Once cooked through, add vanilla greek yogurt as your spread and add bananas/raspberries. Put back on the frying pan for a couple mins to warm up (I used my panini maker to do this). Remove from heat, drizzle on strawberry yogurt (I added a dash of almond milk to make it runny), serve immediately and enjoy!
