The title explains it all, stuffed french toast that will leave you coming back for more!
Heat up frying pan on medium heat, I added 1 tbsp coconut oil to fry it in. On a plate mix together egg and almond milk. Dip bread in mixture and let it soak up! Take a sifter and sift protein powder onto the bread. Toss on the fryer and let cook. Once cooked through, add vanilla greek yogurt as your spread and add bananas/raspberries. Put back on the frying pan for a couple mins to warm up (I used my panini maker to do this). Remove from heat, drizzle on strawberry yogurt (I added a dash of almond milk to make it runny), serve immediately and enjoy!
