Pancakes are an amazing way to start your morning but this mango & coconut stuffed pancakes is an even better choice!
-Mix all your pancake ingredients except for the chopped fruit add water if needed, then pour 2/3 of you amount of the mixture for one pancake on your skillet and then add the pieces of chopped fruit and top off with the other 1/3 of the mixture, this mixture makes 5 to 6 pancakes (That is for about 2 servings.)
